Job Purpose

The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software applications that span both front-end and back-end systems. This role requires expertise in creating end-to-end solutions, integrating technologies, solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers while ensuring best practices in software development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deploy scalable applications, ensuring code is clean, efficient, and reusable.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services for expanded functionality.

• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Manage and optimize database systems, ensuring high performance and security.

• Lead and participate in code reviews while providing mentorship to junior developers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions that align with business objectives.

• Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals, reports, and system maintenance guides.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in software development.

• Ensure compliance with software architecture standards, security protocols, and quality assurance measures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Second Class Lower or Lower Credit).

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.

• Relevant professional certifications.

• Proven expertise in Object-Oriented Programming, Database Design, XML Schema, and mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, etc.).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proficiency in PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (jQuery/AngularJS), MySQL.

• Familiarity with AWS (S3, EC2, EB, etc.), Azure/DevOps, and API development/integration.

• Knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core, RESTful & SOAP services, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Angular.

• UI/UX design experience using Figma and Adobe XD.
