Programme Overview
The programme combines structured classroom training, practical field experience, and career development in areas including:
- Customer acquisition
- Sales and relationship management
- Banking products and services
- Commercial, Corporate, Retail, and SME Banking
- Credit analysis and banking operations
Following the training, successful candidates will be deployed to the field and progress towards a Relationship Manager role.
Key Responsibilities After Training
- Acquire new customers and grow the branch’s deposit and loan portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly.
- Support preliminary loan assessments in collaboration with credit and risk teams.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports.

Requirements
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent in any Business or Social Science-related discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in WAEC, NECO, or equivalent.
- Must not be older than 26 years at the time of application.
- Must have completed NYSC and possess a valid discharge certificate.
- 0–2 years of sales or relationship management experience is an added advantage.
- Strong interest in sales, customer relationship management, and financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is an added advantage.
