Finance Analyst

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative financial technology solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends and insights.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FinTech solutions into existing systems.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on FinTech tools and platforms.
• Communicate complex financial concepts and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Lead project teams and actively contribute to project planning and execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through FinTech innovations.
• Evaluate and recommend new FinTech products and services to enhance competitiveness.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analyses and reports.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the FinTech space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry professionals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential partnerships and business opportunities.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the company’s FinTech roadmap and long-term business objectives.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to stay connected with key players in the FinTech ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2–3 years of work experience.
• Experience in a FinTech organization.

Salary:

₦330,000 – ₦350,000 monthly.
