Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.

• Monitor, retrain, and enhance existing machine learning models.

• Add or remove features based on model performance evaluations.

• Select optimal models for diverse customer segments using established metrics.

• Integrate new datasets into current modeling frameworks.

• Develop rule-based and heuristic approaches from newly acquired data.

• Maintain and improve ETL pipelines and feature engineering processes.

• Design and implement new machine learning models for automated lending decisions.

Requirements:

• MSc in Machine Learning, Data Science, Economics, (Applied) Statistics, or equivalent experience.

• Strong experience with the ML lifecycle and statistical modeling.

• Understanding of ML concepts such as model drift and data leakage.

• Proven experience in developing new machine learning models.

• Familiarity with causal inference principles.

• Proficient in Python and object-oriented programming.

• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and A/B testing.

• Full proficiency in SQL.
