Job Summary

Our Bankers-In-Training program offers participants a comprehensive exposure to various aspects of the banking and financial services industry. This program is meticulously designed to blend cognitive and affective learning domains, providing on-the-job training and ensuring a seamless transfer of learning to practical application in the workplace.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree strictly in a Management Science field such as Business Administration, Economics, Financial Accounting, Statistics, Operations Research, Human Resources Management, etc.
• Minimum of a second class upper division (2:1) degree.
• Completion of the compulsory National Youth Service Program.
• Age should not exceed 26 years at the time of application. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be shortlisted and contacted.
