Vesti is currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Officer, based in Lagos on a full-time basis.

Job Description:

We are in search of a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The role entails handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering support to ensure our customers’ needs are promptly and effectively met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information on products/services, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions utilizing our CRM system.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
• Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Zendesk, and other relevant computer applications.

Salary Range: N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
