About the Job:

We are in search of a Technical Operator – Shrink Wrapper who will be responsible for operating the shrink wrapper machine efficiently to facilitate production activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and performance enhancement.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere strictly to safety, health, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems such as GMP, 5S, HACCP, ISO 22000:2005, etc.
• Monitor and ensure completion of all necessary documentation according to standards.
• Conduct microbial analysis of environmental, in-process, water, and finished goods samples to ensure compliance and identify risk areas through trend analysis.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members as needed.
• Continuously seek opportunities for cost-saving and improvement in production activities.
• Manage equipment and material inventory.
• Analyze performance and seek avenues for continual improvement.

Requirements:

• HND/OND qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage situations effectively and motivate stakeholders.
• Positive attitude towards work.
• Good communication skills.
• Demonstrates an active drive to achieve set goals and fosters strong team spirit across the organization.
