As part of Equinix, the company partners with major global technology firms and regional telecom providers to deliver world-class services. With new data centers, network interconnection facilities, and an expanding terrestrial fiber network, MainOne serves customers in 10 West African countries.

Program Overview:

MainOne is looking to recruit talented, driven, and resourceful individuals for its 2024 Graduate Internship Program (Non-Technical Track). This is a one-year internship designed for young professionals to gain experience, contribute to ongoing projects, and work closely with different departments.

Who Are We Looking For?

Ideal candidates are smart, committed self-starters who are resourceful, versatile, analytical, and assertive, with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have a minimum of a Second-Class Upper qualification or equivalent.
• Candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree and not yet completed their National Youth Service Program (open to prospective and current NYSC members).
• Demonstration of leadership qualities through extracurricular activities is an added advantage.
• Must have proficiency in basic computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Selection Process:

1. Graduate Aptitude Test:
   Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take an aptitude test and write an essay.
2. Interviews:
   Successful candidates from the aptitude test will be called for an interview.

Upon successful completion of the recruitment process, candidates will join one of MainOne’s Non-Technical Teams for a 12-month internship, providing an opportunity to learn, network, and contribute to real-world projects.
