Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Grill Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Jakande – Lekki location. The successful candidate will lead a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff, ensuring excellent service and operational efficiency. This role involves training staff, managing inventory, maintaining health and safety standards, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the lounge team, including training and development.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and procedures.
• Organize team meetings to communicate updates, promotions, and events.
• Greet and assist guests to create a positive and memorable experience.
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily lounge operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the lounge.
• Manage inventory and handle stock control for food, beverages, and supplies.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Support promotional events to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the Lounge Manager and other departments for smooth operations.

Salary:
₦70,000 – ₦100,000 Monthly.
