Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain updated records of EPI fixed assets and attractive items, supervise physical verification, and prepare quarterly reports.
• Handle nonfunctional equipment disposal and maintain fixed assets barcodes.
• Oversee logistics for office and official residences, liaise with government counterparts for transactions, and ensure proper facilities management.
• Monitor logistics needs for zonal and state offices, provide monthly reports on logistic activities, and assess requirements for replacements or new purchases.
• Offer logistics support for upcoming needs and ensure accurate tracking of radio and satellite communication equipment.
• Liaise with zonal and state offices regarding vehicle, staff movement, and facilities maintenance.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Essential: Secondary education, ideally with logistics management technical training.
  • Desirable: University degree or equivalent in Engineering or Management Sciences.
• Experience:
  • Essential: At least 8 years of experience in logistics and operations in a complex, diverse environment (preferably international).
  • Desirable: 2 years’ experience in inventory and warehouse management.
• Skills:
  • IT proficiency, including word processing and standard office software.
  • Proficiency in English.
