Purpose of the Job:

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for generating waybill invoices for loaded trucks to ensure their prompt exit from the facility, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure understanding and application of the quality policy and departmental objectives for assigned tasks.
• Perform status checks on all gate passes presented for loading.
• Capture accurate data for all waybills and invoices.
• Prepare reports to facilitate smooth delivery operations.
• Contribute to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS), understanding the implications of non-conformance.
• Ensure timely generation of waybills for all loaded trucks.
• Prevent any dispatches with zero net value.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications / Experience:

• SSCE/Trade Test/NABTEB.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.

The Person Must:

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be computer literate.
• Have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Have adaptability and flexibility skills.
• Be a problem-solver with analytical capabilities.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Demonstrate high-speed and accurate typing skills.
