Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to manage our day-to-day accounting functions. In this role, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, handle reconciliations, support compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow.
• Perform month-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate capture of all receipts, invoices, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting regulations.
• Assist with year-end audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Provide financial analysis to inform management decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certification: CPA or ICAN certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 9 years in accounting or finance roles, with experience in SaaS, telecoms, or oil and gas sectors.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
