Job Description:

A pharmaceutical wholesale distributor seeks a competitive Sales Assistant to support customers in identifying products, processing lists, and purchasing. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, managing sales processes, and contributing to revenue growth through sales maximization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers.
• Manage point-of-sale processes, including picking and invoicing.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Provide accurate product information to customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer appointments, and complaints.
• Elevate unresolved complaints to management.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• OND or HND qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer relations, preferably in a retail or pharmacy setting.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, and Yaba is essential.
