Personal Assistant at Oando Plc
Oando Plc is seeking a skilled Personal Assistant (PA) to provide time management and administrative support to the Executive Office. The PA will manage the daily itinerary, coordinate meetings and travel, oversee office administration, and handle various operational tasks. This role requires discretion, independent judgment, and a high level of professionalism.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Operational:
- Manage the Executive’s daily itinerary and schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and business appointments.
- Maintain an accurate and updated diary of Group/Company activities.
- Arrange travel plans in liaison with the Procurement & Services function or travel agents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, directing correspondence as needed.
- Maintain effective document and filing systems for the Executive’s Office.
- Process purchase orders and expense claims for the Executive’s Office.
- Ensure regular housekeeping, office equipment maintenance, and supply of stationery.
- Attend to private matters on behalf of the Executive, including utility bills, domestic staff, and banking tasks.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Executive.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Efficiency in managing the Executive’s itinerary.
- Quality and adequacy of administrative support.
- Professionalism and image portrayed by the Executive’s Office.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution.
- 2–3 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong administrative and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective oral and written communication abilities.
- Political savvy and maturity.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
