Job Summary

Odixcity Consulting seeks a skilled WordPress Developer to design and implement attractive, functional websites for clients. This role involves both front-end and back-end development, including theme and plugin creation, site integration, and ensuring security updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build website front-end.
  • Develop website architecture.
  • Manage website back-end, including database and server integration.
  • Generate WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Conduct website performance tests and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide WordPress training to clients.
  • Monitor the performance of live websites.
  • Update and manage website content, including text, images, and multimedia.
  • Conduct testing and debugging for cross-browser and device compatibility.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of code changes and troubleshooting processes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a WordPress Developer.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
    • Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
    • Familiarity with responsive web design principles.
    • Experience with MySQL or other database systems.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Problem-solving and debugging abilities.
    • Knowledge of web security best practices.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Time management and project management capabilities.
    • Creativity in design and user experience optimization.
  • Must be ready for an immediate interview.
Salary

₦300,000 monthly
